Gratuities are at hirer's discretion

CONDITIONS OF HIRE
1. Charges are calculated from our garage and back to our garage and subject to VAT.
2. The company's chauffeur will unless specially instructed by the client, travel by the route which in his opinion,is the most appropriate on the day.
3. No persons other than the company's drivers are permitted to drive the company's cars.
4. The company cannot accept responsibilty for delays, howsoever caused.
5. The company accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage to any luggage or property carried in or on the car howsoever such a loss or damage may be caused.
6. The company reserves the right to invoice the client with a charge unless a cancellation has been received at least 2 hours prior to the despatch of the chauffeur and the car. This applies to the executive saloons, S'class Mercedes and MPV's.
7. For the limousine and mini coaches the company reserves the right to invoice the client in full if a cancellation has not been received 48 hours
prior to the booking, as these are specialist vehicles.
